Orders & Shipping
We are shipping only in EU at the moment. Orders are shipped via DHL and are insured during shipping. You will receive a tracking code once your shipment has shipped.
Returns
Remember that the chestnut shells are unique pieces of nature and as they age and dry they may alter their shape.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return purchased products within 14 days from the date which you have recieved them. The product must be sent unused, complete and in the original packaging. Please contact by email if you wish to make a return.
The cost of delivery can not be returned in any orders. The refund time depend on the customers credit card company.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery times: Please allow up to 14 days for the delivery to be sent.
(International customers are responsible for their countrys customs, duties, taxes and VAT fees.)
Orders are sent in Finland and internationally via Posti. (Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for possible import customs and taxes.)

ANNAIIRIS will not submit any information supplied by the customers to third parties. Information is used only for the safe sending purposes.

Availability of Products
You see the current status of the products on the online store. However if multiple purchases are done at the same time the saldo may not match. Should any stock discrepancies occur, we will reach out to you by email.
